Full Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:
- The restaurant cancels your order before it is prepared or delivered.
- You cancel your order within the 2-minute cancellation window (a small cancellation fee of $2-$7.50 may apply).
- You were charged more than the confirmed price.
- Unusual circumstances where we determine a full refund is appropriate.
Partial Refunds
For issues that occur on DoorDash's side after the order has been placed — such as wrong items delivered, missing items, food quality problems, or delivery issues — we offer a partial refund. Since delivery logistics are handled entirely by DoorDash and are outside of our control, we cannot take full responsibility for these situations. We do our best to make it right, but a full refund is not guaranteed for delivery-side problems.
You may also want to contact DoorDash directly through their app to report delivery or food quality issues, as they may offer additional compensation.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 2 minutes of placing it. After that window, cancellation may not be possible since the order will already be processing with DoorDash. A small cancellation fee (typically $2-$7.50) may apply even within the cancellation window.
Refund Process
- Submit a refund request through our contact page within 24 hours of your order.
- Include your order ID and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful for quality-related claims.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 20 minutes during operating hours.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Change of mind after the 2-minute cancellation window has passed.
- Minor discrepancies that do not materially affect the order.
- Orders where the customer provided an incorrect delivery address.
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may request a review by contacting us again with additional information. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
